How do I return an item? Returns: We will only refund defective products or products that have been shipped that do not match what you ordered, which we must then be contacted within 48 hours upon receipt of item(s). Once receiving notification that your product is defective and/or incorrect, we will replace the item upon approval and/or issue a refund. Products that appear to be worn and/or used are non refundable/returnable, no exceptions. Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted and approved if placed before order is shipped. You must place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. If your cancellation is approved you will be refunded accordingly, at 100%, if you have placed the cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
